7-Stage Quality Control Pipeline

Every AiViewLink camera passes through a rigorous seven-stage QC process before leaving our factory. This ensures consistent quality across all production batches for Singapore B2B customers.

Incoming Material Inspection IQC
All PCB substrates, ICs, sensors, lenses, and housing components are inspected against AQL 1.0 sampling standards before entering production.

SMT Solder Inspection AOI + X-ray
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) catches solder bridges and missing components. X-ray inspection on BGA and fine-pitch packages. 100% of boards inspected.

Functional Board Test ICT
In-Circuit Testing (ICT) verifies electrical continuity, component values, and basic functionality on 100% of assembled PCBs.

Image & AI Algorithm Calibration
Each camera is calibrated against a standard test chart. AI detection accuracy, night vision performance, and dynamic range are measured and logged.

IP Ingress & Environmental Testing IP67
Water/dust ingress test per IEC 60529 (IP66/IP67). Temperature cycling from -40°C to +70°C. Vibration and drop testing per MIL-STD-810G.

72-Hour Burn-In Test Reliability
Every unit runs continuously for 72 hours at 55°C to identify early-life failures before shipment. Units failing burn-in are repaired and retested.

Final Outgoing Quality Control OQC
Random sampling per AQL 2.5. Visual inspection, packaging verification, label accuracy, and accessory completeness checks before carton sealing.
