These Terms govern all purchase orders, OEM/ODM agreements, and business relationships between AiViewLink and its UAE/GCC B2B customers.
1. Orders & Acceptance
- Orders accepted upon written PO and AiViewLink confirmation
- Modifications: 5 business days written notice before production
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices in USD unless otherwise stated
- T/T: 30% deposit on confirmation, 70% before shipment
- L/C accepted for orders = USD 50,000
- Late payments: 1.5% monthly interest
3. Delivery & Incoterms
- Default: FOB Yantian. DDP Dubai available on request.
- Stock: 3 - 7 days; OEM/ODM: 25 - 45 days from deposit
- Not liable for UAE customs delays or carrier issues
4. Warranty
- Standard: 12 months from shipment
- OEM/ODM: 24 months per project agreement
- DOA replacement within 30 days with evidence
5. Intellectual Property
AiViewLink retains all IP. OEM buyers: limited firmware licence for purchased units only. Reverse engineering prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by PRC law. CIETAC arbitration in Shenzhen. DIAC (Dubai) available as agreed alternative.
